Tough Strength Program

- This 15 Week Strength Program is designed for beginners, intermediate or advanced lifters. - The Program consists 3 Blocks including the "Deloads". - This comes with a 1RM calculator. - It consists of an even distribution of Volume and Intensity. - The backdowns/backoffs will be calculated automatically when you input the number of your top set that day.
